Working with sales team, responsible for demonstrating recent and future products such as VisualWave and Distributed Smalltalk, as well as lecturing customers on products and technologies. Provided pre-purchase and post-purchase customer support. Worked with beta and sometimes pre-beta software, answering questions on a broad range of Smalltalk, object-oriented, and product-related topics.

Worked with VisualWorks, VisualWave, Visual Smalltalk Enterprise, Distributed Smalltalk, and related products. Used HTML, VRML, JavaScript, Java applets, and CORBA in client demos.
