As Consumer/Industrial Editor, responsible for covering wide range of subjects from personal computers to robots.

Duties included researching and writing news and product stories; editing and checking technical accuracy of stories submitted by field editors; and soliciting and re-writing technical articles written by outside authors, supplementing them with additional material where necessary.

Worked closely with authors and public relations managers to supervise development of technical articles from initial concept through outline to finished product.
